Ambonare, as the sole contractor, redesigned and migrated Railroad Commission’s public website The original site had more than 4,000 pages and 19,000 pieces of digital assets. We took a systematic approach to analyze user polls and web analytics, conduct stakeholder interviews, develop the information architecture through iterative design and review, create the wireframes and navigation flows, and redesign the user interface and user experience.

During the implementation phase, we configured the content management system, developed content types and templates, performed accessibility testing, and migrated the existing web content to the new CMS. The website was launched and hosted in a cloud platform on schedule, with Google analytics and Google custom search configured.

Ambonare provides hosting, maintenance and support services for the next four years.
