Ambonare worked with Wayne Fueling Systems to re-engineer the business process of interacting with their customers from traditional communication channels like email, phone, and fax to modernize leveraging web technology. We documented the current state and future state of the business processes, developed a self-service portal application and associated backend systems, to enable customer interactions via the web channel. Through this self-service portal, the gas station retail chains can submit support requests and track status, get real time data on fueling transactions, run reports and analytics on gas station operations. The portal not only greatly improved customer satisfaction and internal operational efficiency, but also enabled additional revenue-generating services with analytics and automated media distribution.

In the past couple of years Ambonare helped building many more modules into the system, including document management, media distribution, and security tools.
